I'm doing pretty well. I lost 5 lbs last week, not so sure about this week yet. It's been tough getting in the exercise with all the rain here, but I've gotten out enough that it should make a difference. The diet is going well, I've successfully eliminated sugary snacks and fast foods, so it's a good start. Just focusing on continuous improvement, cutting the big items in chunks, one at a time, and the little stuff as I come across it.
